Jean Miller, Founder & Primary Consultant
Jean brings more than 25 years of experience as an energetic change agent for enhancing people and processes to improve bottom-line results. She has a passion and vision to assist companies with specific short-term needs that impact long-term futures. She uses a balanced approach to her work that capitalizes on the best applications from systems thinking and common sense experience to provide direct, honest and practical solutions for achieving organizational goals.
Jean is able to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities. She interfaces extremely well with senior management and employees alike to solve the most intractable problems.
Prior to founding JMM Group, Jean held various full-time positions including Corporate Controller, Assistant Controller, as well as, worked within the public accounting sector.
In her spare time, Jean enjoys adventure, volunteering, spending quality time with family and friends, and, of course, doing her part to create world peace. Ask about her 500-mile hike across Northern Spain!
